You seem reasonable. Things tend to go better for reasonable people.
And I agree, fs! has been great. (I feel less alone since I've started posting, too.)

I didn't follow the shoe secret closely, but I know that some people do wear shoes inside. My father does that (he's constantly going in and out though, so I think it might partially be to save time); as soon as I get in the house I put socks or house-shoes on. *shrugs* Different strokes and all that.
